Jessica Hulse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who runs the Crisis Response Unit out of the Northglenn Police Department. The Crisis Response Unit focuses on homeless intervention, crisis intervention and targeted violence prevention. Jessica is passionate about bringing crisis services to communities. She uses her position as the CRU Program Manager to advocate for the use of crisis teams in the community through sitting on the Adams County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, the North Metro Threat Assessment Group, and as the newly elected board member of the Colorado Co-Response Alliance. When she is not focused on the current or pending crises of Northglenn, she spends time with her husband and two teenagers enjoying adventures across Colorado.
